About taxiadvertising.net
An independent, evidence-based guide to buying taxi and rideshare advertising. We help advertisers see the real numbers before they call a sales rep.
Why this site exists
Search "taxi advertising" and you get two kinds of pages: vendor landing pages quoting huge impression counts, and generic blogs padded with an affiliate table. Neither tells you what the format actually costs or whether the impressions are worth anything.
We do the boring part: collect the real price ranges, attach a source and an evidence level to every figure, and apply the impression-to-memory funnel so you see real reach, not a vanity number. Only 0.4 to 2% of "impressions" become brand recall (Digital Signage Today, Geopath), so we report cost-per-memory next to CPM.
What makes us independent
We are not a vendor, not an agency, and we do not sell ad space or take a commission on a campaign. That is the whole point: there is no incentive here to inflate a reach number or push a premium format. When a figure is a vendor estimate, we label it an estimate.
How we work
- Every price and statistic links to a source with an evidence level. See all sources.
- Our Cost & Real-Reach Estimator turns raw impressions into memory-adjusted reach and cost-per-memory.
- We cover advertising on taxis and rideshare vehicles. Marketing a taxi fleet's own services is a different topic and a different site.
Honest limitations
Taxi advertising pricing is opaque and varies by market, operator, and season. Our figures are directional ranges, not quotes. Always confirm current rates with the media owner before you commit a budget.
